What insurers are accepted?
We currently accept the following Insurers: ACPN, Aetna, BC/BS, Cigna, Coventry, Dept. Of Labor, Healthnet, Humana, Medicare and Medicae-RR, MultiPlan, TriCare, UHC, USA MCO. Please call our office at 1 (626) 594-0478 and check with our staff, if you do not see your insurer listed here today.
We do update insurers monthly however, we are not currently under contract with any HMOs or IPAs.
What are the hours of operations?
Monday-Friday 8 am – 8 pm and Saturday and Sunday 9 am – 5 pm.
What do I bring to my visit?
Bring your identification and medical insurance card, as well as any information regarding your current medical problem, medications, and allergies.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, we do take walk-ins.
Do you support patients who speak Spanish?
Yes, staff is bilingual in English and Spanish. Translation services are used for other foreign languages.
